What to have ready before your call so the conversation is useful immediately, instead of spent on background questions.
You don't need a flowchart. A few sentences describing how a lead or client moves through your business today, from first contact to completion, gives us far more to work with than a list of feature requests.
A rough list of what you use today (spreadsheets, a CRM, email tools, scheduling software) helps us understand what's worth keeping, what's worth replacing, and what needs to connect to what.
You don't need an exact budget, but having a general range in mind helps us recommend the right starting point instead of guessing. It's fine to say you're not sure yet; we'll help you figure out what's reasonable for your situation.
The most useful thing you can bring is a specific answer to "what is actually slowing us down right now?" A specific answer gets a specific recommendation. A vague one gets a longer call.
Whether that's automation, a CRM that actually fits how you sell, lead generation, or a new website, tell us what's slowing you down and we'll figure out the right next step.
