Services purchased directly through checkout (for example Lead Generation, Cold Email Infrastructure, Ongoing CRM Management, or LinkedIn Outreach) are billed for the specific quantity, period, or scope you configured at checkout. If you contact us before we've begun work on your order, we'll issue a full refund. Once work has started, meaningful setup has usually already happened, domains registered, mailboxes provisioned, lists sourced, outreach sent, and some of that involves third-party costs we can't recover, so refunds after work has started are handled case by case rather than guaranteed. Reach out and we'll always tell you plainly what's already been done and what a fair resolution looks like.
Services billed by the week or by ongoing hours (LinkedIn Outreach, Ongoing CRM Management) charge only for the period you purchase at checkout. There's no auto-renewing subscription, you simply place a new order when you want to continue. To stop, just don't place another order; whatever period you've already paid for is delivered as agreed.
Custom projects (discovery request → proposal → acceptance) are governed by the specific proposal you accept, which sets out the scope, timeline, and payment schedule. The deposit secures your project slot and covers initial scoping and setup work; it is non-refundable once work begins. Milestone payments are only charged once that milestone's work is delivered and approved, if you cancel before a milestone is approved, you are never charged for it. If you need to cancel a custom project already underway, contact us and we'll work out a fair resolution based on what's actually been delivered.
Email us at naveed@eventhorizongrowth.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within one business day and to resolve most requests within a few business days.
If something's wrong with an order, please contact us first, most issues can be resolved directly and faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without reaching out first can delay a resolution and may pause work on an active project while it's investigated.
We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
