How our two pricing models work, and why some services show an instant price while others require a proposal.
A small number of services have a scope narrow enough to price instantly. You configure your options on the service's Configure page, see the exact price update live, and can check out immediately. No call is required for these.
Most real business systems work depends on your specific setup: how many users, what you're migrating from, which tools need to connect. For these, you complete a short discovery questionnaire instead of a checkout form. We review your answers and send back a written proposal with scope, timeline, and an exact price before any deposit is due.
A number given before we understand your actual setup is a guess, not a quote. Estimated ranges shown during the discovery process are exactly that, estimates, so you can plan roughly before the exact number is confirmed in your proposal. You review and approve that proposal before anything is charged.
